Amazing stay 10/10
The room was clean and really big, much bigger than I expected, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very diversed, with a lot of options. Also, the view from the hotel terrace/room to the Puerto de la Cruz and the ocean was amazing.
The room could be cleaned a bit better, it was cleaned ok every morning, but some places in the room/balcony weren't cleaned of sand/dirt as they should.

Very Good
Clean big room. Good view to Teide. Food is fresh and tasty.
No free parking. Very bad wi-fi. Actually it didnt works in my room. And works bad near reception. There is no tea on dinner :( All the drinks on dinner costs money.

Perfect for a relaxing holiday
Very chilled and relaxed atmosphere. Great for a quiet get away as there are no children in the hotel. Room was well decorated and comfortable. Pool was heated with a lovely view of the sea and perfect for watching sunsets. Great location for walking down to the beach and the town center was also within walking distance. We did get the free bus provided a few times which was great but bus times didn't always work for us. Food was pretty good. Perfect for a couple, solo traveller or anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun.
We had the room right next to the pool and did wake up every morning with the noise of the staff getting ready for the day. It wasn't too much of an issue and we liked being so close to the pool but if you are noise sensitive in the morning it's worth asking for a quieter area of the building.

Exceptional
The hotel is modern, well-renovated, clean and the size of the room was comfortable. The fornitures was really practical and we had safe in the gardrobe. We could use the wifi easily also from our room. the staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The breakfast was magnificent with wide spectrum of dishes. The hotel offered several programs during all days. We would recommend kindly this accomodation for staying at Puerto de la Cruz.
The bed could have been french bed insted of two single beds.
